Welcome to TerraScience Consulting Surveyors, Specialists in Land, Engineering and Construction Surveying as well as Remote sensing, Underground Utility detection (GPR) and Geographic Information Science (GIS).
With our head office is based in Johannesburg (South Africa) and satellite offices in Thohoyandou Limpopo, Mbabane (Eswatini) and Bulawayo (Zimbabwe) we are better placed to execute our task effectively throughout Southern Africa. Over the years, we have developed excellent working relationships with major contractors and clients across many sectors.

Our Services
In Land Survey
Our cadastral and engineering survey departments are led by Professionals registered with the South African Geomatics Council and we have a licenced pilot leading our state-of-the-art UAV Arial survey division.
Underground Services Detection
We use highly experienced teams of surveyors with diverse technical backgrounds and industry experience ti deliver the highest standard of underground utility detection surveys.
In Remote Sensing and GIS
Our technical expertise includes data analysis, digital image processing, change detection analysis, GIS mapping, spatial modelling & analysis, Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data analysis and generation of Value-added Geospatial products. We have extensive experience in using and analysing a wide range of satellite imagery and GIS databases and provide end-to-end Geomatics services, from data acquisition to product delivery along with detailed documentation.
